Each day, a new empowerment message is posted. The purpose of these messages is to give you an opportunity to reconnect with those things that are most important to you and how it is you want to show up in this world. These messages are built around inspiration from an abundance of sources--books, movies, art, and music. Often, the messages will include tips or ideas for how you could use these ideas in your own life. You are encouraged to read the words with an open heart and reflect on the words that most resonate with you.
