People-First Playbook Cohort
A leadership framework built for the first years that matter most.
You're already leading. But if you're honest, there are moments where you're figuring it out as you go — making decisions without a clear framework, navigating hard conversations without a playbook, and wondering if the way you're leading is actually working.
This cohort was built for that moment.
The People-First Playbook is a small-group leadership experience for individuals in their first three to five years of leading others. It entails four 2-hour sessions over eight weeks, in person in Indianapolis, capped at 20 participants, with executive coaching included.
You'll leave with a clear leadership framework, a written legacy statement, and a peer group who will sharpen you long after the cohort ends.

About Your Facilitator
Nick Reich
Nick Reich is a leadership coach, consultant, speaker, and co-founder of Abundant Empowerment. Over two decades he has worked as a social worker, basketball coach, nonprofit executive, and founder — roles that shaped his conviction that people carry far more potential than any system or title can contain.
Nick's coaching practice works with leaders across sectors. His first book, Every Player is Bigger than the Program — a memoir and leadership manual built around a state championship run — publishes September 2026.
He leads with one belief: leadership is not about power or performance. It is about responsibility, service, and legacy.
